Erin Core MPH RN PHN
As a native of Central California, my professional path is rooted in a deep understanding of the agricultural landscapes and the diverse communities that sustain them. Growing up amidst the acres of farming and ranching, I observed how agricultural labor informs not only the regional economy but the foundational health outcomes of its workforce and their families. This lived experience has cultivated a specialized perspective on the critical intersections of agriculture, immigration, and public health.
Health access is the cornerstone of my public health philosophy. In rural and underserved regions, providing and promoting equity in health access and the mitigation of environmental contaminants are vital to preventing adverse health outcomes. My approach integrates this environmental awareness with a commitment to health equity and evidence-based prevention.
Grounded in clinical expertise and a commitment to advocacy, I strive to advance policies that protect vulnerable populations and promote safe environments. My work is defined by the pursuit of sustainable, culturally informed solutions that empower all communities to thrive.
